Return and refund policy

3-Day Return Policy: We give you a solid three days to return most of our products. Please note, items like tempered glass, screen guards, camera protectors, and products bought during sales or promos are non-returnable.
How to Return: Just contact us within three days of receiving your product. Make sure it’s unused and in its original condition, and we’ll handle the rest.
Refunds with a Twist: Refunds are issued as a coupon code, ready for your next Mensa adventure! These codes are good for a full 12 months. For COD orders, we deduct the COD fee before issuing your coupon.
Quality Check Required: Your return is subject to a quality check. Once approved, your refund coupon code will land in your inbox within 48-72 hours.

Exchange / Replacement:

7 Days to Decide: Not feeling it? Need a swap? No worries. You’ve got seven days to request an exchange or replacement. Snap some pics and keep the item in its original packaging.
Shipping Costs: If we goofed and sent you the wrong product, we’ll cover all shipping costs. Otherwise, a shipping fee of ₹199 applies.
Timing: Expect the process to take around 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Damaged Goods:

24-Hour Notice: If something arrives damaged, let us know within 24 hours. Keep it in its original packaging, and we’ll make it right with a replacement.

Order Cancellations:

Cancel Window: You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, or before dispatch. Just drop us a line!
